In an era where screen time has become a daily routine, “Office Syndrome” has emerged as a chronic health issue for office workers, leading to neck, shoulder, and back pain, blurry vision, numb hands, and even insomnia—significantly reducing quality of life and work efficiency. Poor posture, stress, and lack of movement are key contributors to these symptoms.
One of the widely accepted rehabilitation approaches is “Physical Therapy,” which goes beyond symptom relief to address the root causes. Techniques such as hot and cold compresses, muscle rehabilitation devices (ultrasound, laser, and electrical stimulation), stretching and strengthening exercises, and ergonomic corrections make physical therapy a comprehensive and sustainable treatment for office syndrome.
Thailand continues to advance the field of alternative medicine by integrating modern medical knowledge with local wisdom and developing highly skilled physical therapists to meet rising demand, aiming to sustainably enhance quality of life.
