Thailand Wraps Up IMF–World Bank 2026 with Stronger Global Ties and Lasting Impression

The 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings, held from 12–18 October 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, concluded on a memorable note after Thailand welcomed participants from around the world to discuss the future of the global economy, finance, and international development.

Throughout the week, Thailand successfully demonstrated its capacity to host a major global gathering while showcasing its culture, cuisine, and warm hospitality, fostering friendships among people from different countries.
