Thailand is spotlighting its agricultural innovation on the global stage, showcasing 45 innovative products from 16 leading Thai companies at Beautyworld Middle East 2025, held from October 27–29 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The initiative, led by the Department of Foreign Trade (DFT) under the Ministry of Commerce, through the Institute for Agricultural Product Innovation, aims to enhance Thailand’s visibility in the international beauty market by blending local wisdom with modern science to create high-value beauty products from agricultural resources.
Highlighted innovations include:
- Khao Wong sticky rice facial cleansing powder rich in antioxidants
- Talc-free baby powder made from Thai rice, safe for infants
- Haircare products derived from butterfly pea and sorghum seeds for hair restoration
- Herbal compress gel cream combining traditional Thai therapy with modern skincare technology
- Shampoo from sprouted brown rice and Thai herbs for natural hair health
The exhibition reinforces Thailand’s position as a hub of premium natural ingredients and a leader in agricultural innovation for the global beauty industry.
Officials expressed confidence that participation in Beautyworld Middle East 2025 will help expand market opportunities, strengthen the international recognition of Thai agri-innovation brands, and support sustainable value creation from the country’s agricultural sector.
