Low-Carbon Tourism refers to eco-friendly travel that reduces carbon emissions by prioritizing public transportation, walking, cycling, and eco-friendly accommodations. The Tourism Authority has developed 11 low-carbon travel routes nationwide, covering all regions: 

• Northeast: 
  Khon Kaen-Chaiyaphum
  Udon Thani-Nong Khai
  Loei-Phetchabun
• Central: 
  Chanthaburi-Trat
  Kanchanaburi-Ratchaburi
  Samut Songkhram-Samut Sakhon 
• North: 
  Chiang Rai-Phayao
  Chiang Mai-Lampang 
• Central: 
  Uthai Thani-Nakhon Sawan 
• South: 
  Krabi-Surat Thani
  Phuket-Phang Nga
