Reflecting the Potential of Thai Researchers: With 9 Awards At the Global Innovation Stage Geneva 2025

The Research and Development Office of Prince of Songkla University extends its congratulations to the Thai researchers who received awards at the 50th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva 2025,
held in Switzerland. This prestigious international event featured over 1,000 innovations from more than 40 countries.

Thai researchers secured 9 awards for 5 outstanding projects, including:

  • Silver Medal, NRCT Special Award from the National Research Council of Thailand, and Special Prizes from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
    Project: Nanoemulsion Gloves Against Covid-19 Virus Infection (2 awards for this project)
  • Silver Medal and Special Prizes from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
    Project: 6-Gingerol Enriched Pre-Operative Carbohydrate Drinks for Enhanced Recovery
  • Silver Medal and NRCT Special Award from the National Research Council of Thailand
    Project: Innovative Microfluidic Chip for Ready-to-Use Sperm Selection
  • Silver Medal
    Project: Portable Fluorescence Detection Platform for On-Site Applications
  • Bronze Medal
    Project: 2-way SS-suction
