The Ministry of Tourism and Sports is preparing to host Princess’s Cup Thailand 2025, a premier equestrian event held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, recognizing Her Royal Highness’s exceptional equestrian skill and longstanding dedication to advancing equestrian sports in Thailand.
Minister of Tourism and Sports Atthakorn Sirilatthayakorn has convened a preparatory meeting for Princess’s Cup Thailand 2025 at the 2nd Cavalry Division, King’s Guard Headquarters, to ensure that the tournament will be conducted with the dignity and excellence befitting its royal patronage. Senior officials and representatives from various agencies attended the meeting to review progress and coordinate final preparations.
The meeting reviewed progress across several key areas. This included ensuring that the competition structure, rules, and judging standards adhere to International Equestrian Federation regulations. It also focused on strengthening safety measures, horse care facilities, and logistical arrangements to ensure the highest level of convenience and security for all participants. Additionally, the meeting discussed strategic communications and promotional planning, including cultural and tourism activities designed to engage spectators and attract both domestic and international visitors.
The Minister stated that Princess’s Cup Thailand is more than a sporting competition. It serves as a distinguished platform that reflects the equestrian brilliance of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari and represents a significant opportunity to elevate the standards of Thai equestrian sport to the global arena.
Princess’s Cup Thailand 2025 will take place on December 22-28, 2025, at the 2nd Cavalry Division, King’s Guard (Sanam Pao).
