The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Prague Office organized the Amazing Thailand Festival 2026 in the Czech Republic to promote Thai tourism in Central Europe and celebrate the office’s 10th anniversary.

The event, held on June 19, 2026, was the first consumer tourism fair organized by TAT Prague. The festival took place along the Vltava River in Prague, showcasing Thai culture, food, tourism products, and creative activities to Czech visitors and tourism partners.

​Highlights included Thai food booths, Muay Thai demonstrations, and cultural performances such as Khon episodes, Manora, Phi Ta Khon, Songkran-themed presentations, umbrella dance, and sword dance. The event also offered information on Thai destinations and workshops on umbrella painting and bead-making from marine waste.

​The event was organized to thank tourism partners and the Czech public for their continued support of TAT Prague. It also introduced new Thai destinations through food, performances, and hands-on workshops, encouraging travel to Thailand in the upcoming season.

​The Czech market is one of TAT’s key markets in Central Europe, ranking second after Poland. From January 1 to June 15, 2026, Thailand welcomed 40,148 Czech visitors, representing a 5.66 percent increase and generating about 2.3 billion baht in tourism revenue.
