How to use state property legally

       State property is immovable property that belongs to all types of land property, except wasteland, property shared by citizens, property of juristic state enterprises, and property of local government organizations that is primarily used for official purposes.

       For those who wish to apply for use of state properties, it must be land that has been reserved but has not yet been used for official purposes as rent for housing, agriculture, or building construction, but must give ownership to the Ministry of Finance.

       Leases for other purposes and leases of state property buildings are also available, but must adhere to the law governing the lease of real estate for commerce and industry.

The Treasury Department has stipulated two types of rental methods:

1. Auction according to government regulations;

2. There is no need to auction in the manner of renting, which has the following steps:

  • Consider checking documents;
  • Inspect the surveyor, make a map, appraise the price;
  • Announcement for rent;
  • Consider approving the rental;
  • Record conditions, make payments, and prepare contracts.
