The River Kwai Bridge Week and Kanchanaburi Red Cross Fair 2025 returns in grand style to honor the historical events of World War II, promote historical tourism, generate income for local communities, and showcase Kanchanaburi’s heritage to visitors from Thailand and abroad.

Event Highlights:

• Magnificent light and sound show under the theme “Bridge over the River Kwai: A Legacy of Peace” — 11 performances, accommodating 1,200 viewers per show, with translation headsets available for international visitors.
• Fireworks and drone light shows from 2–5 December 2025
• Floral parade showcasing each district’s unique identity
• Miss Peace beauty pageant
• Thai and international markets featuring diverse cultural vendors
• Red Cross charity booths, with proceeds supporting underprivileged groups and public welfare initiatives

The event will be held from 27 November to 7 December 2025 at the River Kwai Bridge and the area beside the Kanchanaburi Provincial Administrative Organization, Tha Makham Subdistrict, Mueang District, Kanchanaburi Province.
