A City of Art and Lifestyle An initiative by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Rayong Office, in collaboration with Ban Chang District, Ban Chang Municipality, and the Ban Chang Tourism Association. The event transforms a classic landmark into a hub of creativity, blending street art with the local stories and heritage of the Ban Chang community to breathe new life into the area.
