The National Forest Reserve refers to forests designated by the government to maintain the conditions of the forest, its trees, or other natural resources. Those wishing to utilize non-protected wood within the National Forest Reserve must apply for a permit from the Department of Forestry or related agencies. The required documents and fees are as follows:

Required Documents:

1. Original Citizen Identification Card
2. One copy of House Registration
3. One copy of a Business Registration Certificate; in case of a Limited Company, please provide a copy of the Articles of Association and a Shareholder List
4. Original application for permit to utilize wood within the National Forest Reserve (Form Por Sor 1)
5. Power of Attorney document, including the ID card copy of the grantor, with a 10 Baht stamp duty; all copies must be certified as true copies, and the ID card copy of the grantor should be attached
6. Original application for a Worker or Contractor handbook and Por Sor 3 document; it should be attached with the ID card copy of the worker or contractor
7. Evidence of permission to use the National Forest Reserve area, one copy
8. Site plan showing the boundary and neighboring areas, one original copy; if applicable to a corporation
9. Evidence that the applicant has legal access to the area, such as property rights documents issued by the competent authority, e.g., the Department of Treasury
10. Detailed project plan along with the blueprint or project layout

Fees:

1. Permit to utilize wood within the National Forest Reserve (Form Por Sor 2) 20 Baht per copy
2. Handbook for worker or contractor to utilize wood within the National Forest Reserve (Form Por Sor 4) 5 Baht per person
